Life Connections strives for deeper connections in this life and even to the source of all LIFE—if that is what you are seeking. Catherine Ponder wrote: “Thoughts of your mind have made you what you are, and thoughts of your mind will make you what you become from this day forward.” Another wise person by the name of Solomon once wrote: “As a person thinks in her/his heart, so is she/he.”
Who facilitates these sessions? A Licensed Professional Counselor with a Doctor of Education in Marriage & Family Counseling and 60+ years of life experiences--------
Don McPherson’s focus is on facilitating men, women and children to identify their real-life desires, vulnerabilities and goals and to work toward achieving those goals through authentic, assertive skill development. Assertiveness is being defined here as thinking, feeling and doing what you need to do to take care of yourself by asking what you really need without being abusive or hurtful to others or to self. These goals can begin to be achieved through the following processes:

An on-going Group or individual or Family Sessions
These sessions are designed for men and women and children who may be dealing with loss in their life. The sessions are especially for the woman or the man or the child who may have issues revolving around feelings of grief because of death, separation, divorce, or any loss of relationship or loss of any type like jobs, health, friends, etc.

Online Counseling
With the many advances in technology, my capacity to provide spiritual/emotional/psychological counseling to a larger segment of the world, has radically changed. Through Skype and other video conferencing options, Life Connections Counseling can meet with you, no matter where you reside.
Individual and marital counseling is best suited for this type of online counseling. I do not recommend online counseling for family or groups unless there is no other means nor am I able to accept counselees under the age of 18 without parental approval.
The Online counseling I do is donation based, i.e., no fee will ever be asked or required. You may donate to Life Connections as a gift to our tax-exempt ministry.
